More about this item
Fabulous vintage small copper tray, made in Israel during the 1950's.
At it's center there is an old photo of the central square in Tel-Aviv- Dizengoff square the way it looked back then.
The picture is covered in plastic and surrounded by a bronze ring engraved with the name Israel in Hebrew and in English and decorated with olive branches.
A faded print of the city name- Tel Aviv is visible on top of the photo.
On the plate's back you can see what remained from the old luxury tax stamp- a tax that was used only during the years 1949- 1952.
Very good condition, with some fading of the photo and a few scratches on its plastic cover.
