Judaica Vintage 1980’s Baba Sali Kabbalah Memorial Candle Holder Bronze Glass
Unique memorial candle holder designed and made in Israel in the 1980’s after the great Kabbalah master the Baba Sali passed away.
The holder is made from 2 parts- an engraved bronze holder and a glass cup.
The holder features The Rabbi image and names for “Ilui Neshama” (the elevation of the soul after death).
The glass is printed with the Hebrew words- In the memory of the righteous Rabbi Levi Izhak son of Sara Sasha- a Kabbalah master from Berditchev who died in 1809. Lighting a memorial candle on the day he passed is a traditional custom along with the traditional “Hilula” (Yahrzeit).
Very good condition- both parts are intact; the glass shows signs of use.
